The system tool Windows Features is used to install or uninstall variety system features of Microsoft® Windows® operating system.
This tool could be started quickly using the system command optionalfeatures:
❖from the Command Terminal (CMD.exe);
❖from Windows PowerShell, or
❖via the key combination 
and then enter the command as shown below.
The following window should appear on successful start of this system tool:
