The system tool Services should be used for managing and controlling Windows services - special programs designed to work on the background of your operating system.
This tool could be started quickly using the system command services.msc:
❖from the Command Terminal (CMD.exe);
❖from Windows PowerShell, or
❖via the key combination 
and then enter the command as shown below.
The following window should appear on successful start of this system tool:
